19 Mar 2025 ¶

 Determine the best time for future board meetings this year.

 Proposal:
 - 21:00 UTC  April - October
 - 22:00 UTC  November - March

 The board has decided to use the updated schedule by consent.

16 Sep 2020 ¶

 RESOLVED, that starting in October 2020, future regular
 meetings of the Board of Directors are hereby scheduled
 for the third Wednesday of each month at 20:00 UTC, to be held
 via a suitable videoconferencing system.

 Special Order 7B, Regular Meeting Schedule, was approved by
 Unanimous Vote of the directors present.

19 Aug 2020 ¶

 A proposal to change the meeting to the fourth Wednesday of every
 month was withdrawn due to lack of consensus.

 Special Order 7G, Regular Meeting Schedule, was tabled.

20 May 2020 ¶

 RESOLVED, that future regular meetings of the Board of Directors are
 hereby scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month, to begin at
 the following times (by month of occurrence):

     April through September: 12:30 UTC
     October through March:   21:30 UTC

 Special Order 7F, Regular Meeting Schedule, was approved by
 General Consent.
