 Daniel Gruno and Sam Ruby have an instance of the Loomio application
 up and running on ASF Infrastructure and integrated with Apache OAuth.
 As the board is a potential user of this tool, lets take the
 opportunity to have a brief overview and answer any questions the
 board may have.  Results of the discussion will be brought back to the
 appropriate mailing list, and discussion can continue there after the
 meeting.

 The initial focus of this service would be for Foundation topics (and
 in particular, on the board mailing list), though the potential for
 wider community use may be possible in the future.
